Desperate Housewives Preview Image

If you're going through Desperate Housewives withdrawl, maybe this promotional image will help. Usually the DH promotional images are so lush and bright, but this one is obviously much more dour. Is it a metaphor that the tree's leaves are turning brown and falling to the ground to be trampled on?

If it isn't a metaphor, then maybe we should be concerned about what Katherine is wearing. She looks like a cross between the Big Brother red leotard and the red dress worn by Six on Battlestar Galactica.

maybe the show will take an extremely dark, hopefully interesting, turn or it could represent that this will be the final season.

At least they are featuring Dana Delany in the promotions. She came on like gangbusters and then last season they barely used her. Hopefully, she'll have more to do this year. But I agree ... the show is getting tiresome.
