Hello all! I'm Melodie over from the Daytime Confidential side Live Blogging The 61st Primetime Emmys for you. I hope y'all enjoy! Of course we have to start with the Pre-Show fashion or lack thereof on E!

Can somebody tell me What in the blue hell happened to Nene from The Real Housewives of Atlanta. I don't know who did her make up but they should be fired! Anywho.

Stephen Moyer from True Blood being interviewed by Gulianna Ransi. I NEVER knew he had an English accent. Hes looking pretty nice. He's talking about his engagement with Anna Paquin and I don't care.

Here comes Alec Baldwin. He looks ok...for an old guy.

Oooohhh, Jesse Spencer from House! Now that man is soooooooo SEXY!!

Kate Walsh is looking all kinds of HAWT!!

Sandra Oh's dress is sparkly and fabulous! I'm glad she had the sense to put on a dress that makes her look good unlike that thing she had on for The Daytime Emmys. 

Guiding Light Alumni Kevin Bacon is talking to Ryan Seacrest! Y'all know I had to bring up the GL part. RIP GL! Kevin Bacon talking about his movie.

Andy Samberg and some other guys from SNL! Oh lord they are talkin about "Dick in A box!" That crap was HILARIOUS! Anyways, the guys are looking alike.

John Stewart is signing the autograph cam....with tongue out! That's how you know ppl are really concentrating. The tongue out.

Julia Louis Dreyfus is looking FABOOSH!!! I love that color on her.

Heidi Klum looking sheik in black. Of course she's pregnant for the 50th time. Rabbit!

Jessica Lange in green. Not sure how I feel about this dress though.

Michael J. Fox! I LOVE HIM!!! One of my favs.

Kyra Sedgwick in this pink dress. She should have picked something else.

Kara D. from American Idol! She's pretty but should NOT be an American Idol Judge. I want Paula back. Kara is ranting on and on about being a good girl. I don't believe you......

Steve Carell is looking nice!

Well, I had a whole bunch of stuff from the last segment but I pressed something else and it all got deleted. I don't remember all of what I said so this is me improvising.

I remember Gulianna talking to Stewie! I love how they had Stewie on his own little red carpet. So cute.

Then I remember her saying something about being dissed by a cartoon and how that would never happen to Ryan. Obviously she doens't watch Family Guy!

Blake Lively is looking like FIYA in this Versace dress! Get it GUH!

Jay from Top Model just said Nene changed her lipstick...which would be why she looks better.

Their doing this 360 GlamCam thing and it's a good idea but they better stop because it's gonna make me sick. Too much spinning.

Ryan Seacrest chatting it up with Jon Cryer from Two and a Half Men. Whoever let him WALK out of the hosue with that stripped sweater underneath a formal jacket needs to be taken out back and HORSEWHIPPED like Jamey would say!

Tina Fey is looking FABOOSH is all back. Very chic.

Guiding Light Alum Hayden Panettiere is talking to Ryan. She looks great but will ALWAYS be Lizzie Spaulding to me.

Jennifer Carpenter's dress is AWESOME but her make up is Shameful!

Julia Louis Dreyfus again. Looking awesome...She doens't seem to age. Looks better than she did on Seinfield. We are talking about body parts. Julia's favorite is her Big Nose(her words not mine) and her least favortie is her pinky toes.

Drew Barrymore is looking innocent in this pink dress. We all know that's a lie. I'm not sure how I feel about it though. 

Justin Timberlake!! Awwww he's got the curls back like from Nsync!!! Dear Justin, I NEED you to come out with a new CD.....now!!! The last one was FIYA! Oh mercy, Ryan  Seacrest asked a good question. Justin working in the studio with Rihanna for her new album. NO Justin! I NEED you to do your own CD! Justin sweethart I love you but you shouldn't act....EVER!!!

Dana Delany looks great in that purple dress!

I could make a joke about Heidi and Seal but I won't. I'd probably get the stie banned forever or something. But I do love me soem Heidi!

Enough with this 360 Cam. Motion Sickness anyone. But I did LOVE Ricky Gervais doing that kick move.

Leighton Meester and these knots on her white dress distract me. If you stacked them on top of each other they would be bigger than her head.

Tina Fey and the rest of the 30 Rock crew are talking about the show to Ryan. They've got 22 nominations! Damn! Get it y'all! I love how the girls are wearing Gucci and Versace but the one lone guy is wearing Calvin Klein! I'd just lie and say I was wearing Gucci or Louis Vutton. 

We're wrapping up the red carpet. Nene says she wasn't impressed with the red carpet dresses. I wasn't either. A lot of plane jane dresses.

Jeff Probst did this big jump move on the 360 Cam. Too easy.

Ok Time for the show!

I thought the intro for The Daytime Emmys was cheesy but I was wrong! This is much worse. Not feeling the 50's nostalgia!

Neil Parick Harris is singing. Once again...Too Easy!

Look at how LUSH that stage is. Remember when the Daytime Emmy's were like that. Ohhhhh, poor Daytime.

Neil just named pretty much every channel I can think of. He's not too bad of a singer. I know he's done some broadway stuff int he past so I'm not surprised.

Neil brought up a little bit of Doogie Howser past! LOL at the Emmys running 27 minutes late already. Oh the world of show business. If he busts out in old tv show theme songs, my roomate is gonna HATE me because I WILL start singing.

YAY for introducing the band!! They never get their credit.

Why are we getting a tour of the stage? I know it's big but it CAN'T be that BIG! I like how the control room is on the stage and not in the back. More ppl we never see and couldn't do the show without!

Comedy Montage! Starting with Family Guy, then Desperate Housewives, Scrubs, The Office, 30 Rock and a bunch of those CBS Comedies.

All the ladies are wearing funny glasses. Cute idea ladies. Vanessa Willaims refuses to do it. She's too DIVA for that! I mean she was a beauty queen after all.

Awwwww she's crying!! Congrats girl. I love how she said she was unemployed and she'd love to be on Mad Men or The Office or anything else. She keeps talking about the Award being really heavy. Maybe if you ate a sandwhich or the number 3 at Popeyes it wouldn't be so heavy!
