Project Runway returns to TV tonight, but not on Bravo. For those who may have missed the dust up between Bravo and Lifetime, Lifetime won. In other cat walk news, Access Hollywood is reporting Nicole Kidman is set to participate on Project Runway: All Star Challenge.
