Glee news keeps coming fast and furious.  Michael Ausiello is reporting that Glee has landed uber writer/director Joss Whedon to direct an episode of Glee. Meanwhile, also from EW.com, comes word that Jonathan Groff is joining the show for five or six episodes.

After taking on Beyonce's "Single Ladies", Glee is bringing Sisqo's "Thong Song" to a TV near you. You'll have to watch it to believe it, after the jump. READ MORE

November 3rd is quickly approaching and with it the anticipated premiere of ABC's new Sci fi drama V. Sporting a cast of familiar faces, including Party of Five's Scott Wolf, Lost's Elizabeth Mitchell and Firefly stars Morena Baccarin and Alan Tudyk, V looks like it has the potential to be the next big network Sci fi series. I know I'll be tuning in.

The wait is over! Torchwood returns as a five part mini-series event Torchwood: Children of Earth. The hit Dr. Who spin-off returns with Day 1 tonight at 8C/9E with a new episode each night this week. I have to admit I'm looking forward to The CW's Vampire Diaries, even if it is trying to capitalize on the Twilight phenomenon. I was a big fan of The WB's vampire series Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel, not to mention teen soap Dawson's Creek, so how can I not give a new Kevin Williamson series about vampires a try?

The Cleaner, an under appreciated cable series, returns to A&E on June 23rd with The View's Whoopi Goldberg guest starring in the first episode. In the second season trailer Whoopi talks about how her appearance on the show came to be and she ended up "dressed as Stevie Nicks in black."
